Retail chain LIDL will withdraw non-compliant peppers from sale. Specifically, this concerns “Paprika bílá, regál Lidl, 500 gramů, šarže L41/07, dodavatel a společnost VITA-ZEL, spol. sro”. The reason for the withdrawal from sale is the exceeded acute reference dose of chlorpyrifos.
Co způsobí
Chlorpyrifos is an insecticide that can disrupt hormones in the human body. It causes sleep disorders, disorientation or headaches. In rare cases, consumption of this vegetable can cause digestive problems.
