Foot care is crucial, especially if you suffer from rheumatism, arthritis or are prone to varicose veins. A simple bath made from household ingredients can effectively alleviate pain and support the health of joints and veins.
Home cure against rheumatism and swelling
Rheumatoid arthritis is not just a joint problem, but an issue of the entire immune system. It manifests as pain, swelling and increased sensitivity, but it can also affect the heart, lungs or eyes. This condition cannot be completely cured, but there are natural ways to relieve the pain. One effective method is a home bath that soothes the joints and reduces tension.
What does the healing bath contain?
To prepare it you only need rosemary, apple cider vinegar and sea salt – ingredients that have a number of beneficial properties on their own.
-
Rosemary: This herbal helper improves blood circulation, helps relieve pain and brings refreshment thanks to its pleasant scent. Rosemary has long been used in ointments against muscle and joint pain.
-
Apple cider vinegar: It contains acids that kill bacteria and fungi, and also helps reduce foot odor. A bath with apple cider vinegar has also proven effective in fighting swelling and unpleasant smells.
-
Sea salt: Thanks to its antibacterial effects, sea salt is great for softening the skin. It also improves hydration and supports skin healing.
