- Preparing the pan Start by preparing the cake pan. Grease it and line it with plastic wrap. This preparation will make it easier to unmold the cake later.
- Preparing the cream Pour 200 ml of whipping cream into a bowl and whip it until stiff. Once the cream reaches the desired consistency, add 2 tablespoons of Nutella and beat thoroughly until the mixture comes together into a smooth cream.
- Layering the cream and wafers Put a little of the prepared cream on the bottom of the prepared pan and spread it evenly. Then add the first layer of chocolate wafers, gently pressing them into the cream.
- Additional layers Apply another layer of cream and level it. Then add another layer of wafers. Continue like this until you have used all the ingredients.
- Chilling Spread the last layer of cream on top of the cake and level it as well. Then wrap the entire cake in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator to set for 2-3 hours.
- Decoration and serving After it has set, carefully unmold the cake from the pan and remove the wrap. Level the top of the cake if necessary. You can decorate the cake as you like — for example with chocolate glaze, nuts, or grated chocolate.
