I take 3 rolls and cut them into cubes. I put them in the oven for a while to dry.
If your rolls are older, that’s not necessary.
Into 200 ml of milk I whisk one whole egg. I salt it, add a pinch of nutmeg (optional), chopped parsley and a little oil.
I make it from semi-coarse flour with a little baking powder. The dough must not be runny, but
not stiff either.
I steam it for 20 minutes.
