- Peel the smoked sausages and cut them lengthwise.
- Slice the peeled onion into rings.
- Into a three-liter jar put a layer of onion, some of the spices from the brine, a piece of hot pepper and a layer of smoked sausages.
- Repeat until the jar is full.
- Finally pour over with cold brine. Let rest for 7 days in a cool place.
- We also add 5 sliced cloves of garlic and 2 teaspoons of crushed hot peppers!
