Thoroughly peel and chop the ginger and throw it into a blender. Wash the lemons, cut them up with the peel and add them to the blender as well. Do the same with the garlic. Then pour in a little water and start blending. Add water as needed to create a smooth smoothie.
Mix what comes out of the blender with the remaining water and put it into any sealable container. At this point you have done everything you need.
Usage
Always shake the container with the unique contents and pour into a glass. Drink it either immediately in the morning on an empty stomach, or at any time during the day about 2 hours before a meal. Drink like this every day for 3–4 weeks.
