  • Preparation of the cream In a bowl, mix the grated cheese, pressed garlic and mayonnaise. Mix all the ingredients and let them rest so the flavors meld.
  • Preparing the salami Cut the salami into slices. From some slices, cut out decorations: a hat for the pig's head, a snout, ears and a tail. Set the rest of the salami aside.
  • Making the eyes Cut small pieces from the black olives that will serve as the piglet's eyes.
  • Making the piglets Form a roll from the cream that will represent the pig's body. Place the remaining salami in the cup as bedding and place the roll on top of it. Decorate: attach the snout, ears, hat and eyes.
  • Chilling Before serving, put the piglets in the refrigerator so the cream firms up and the decorations stay in place.
