Preparation procedure
- Cream preparation: Mix the pudding powder with a little cold milk. Bring the remaining milk to a boil, add the mixed pudding and cook, stirring constantly, until it thickens. Let the pudding cool. Beat the margarine with the vanilla sugar into a smooth foam and gradually mix it with the cooled pudding.
- Three types of cream: Chocolate-hazelnut: Melt the chocolate and stir it into one third of the cream together with the ground hazelnuts. Biscuit: Add the ground butter cookies to another third of the cream. Coconut: Stir the grated coconut into the last third of the cream.
- Layering the cake: Place a layer of butter cookies on the bottom of the pan. Spread the chocolate-hazelnut cream and smooth it evenly. Add another layer of cookies, followed by the biscuit cream. Add another layer of cookies and finish with the coconut cream. The final layer will be butter cookies again.
- Finishing and decorating: Whip the cream until stiff and spread it over the top and sides of the cake. Melt the chocolate and decorate the cake as you wish – you can create a lattice, flowers, or simple drops of chocolate.
- Chilling: Place the cake in the refrigerator for 4–5 hours so the cookies soak and everything sets nicely.
