Preparation procedure

  • First wash the zucchini and grate it on a large grater
  • Carefully remove the excess water from the zucchini
  • Transfer it into a large deep bowl
  • Thoroughly mix in the eggs, salt, pepper, and parsley
  • Finally add the flour and knead the mixture thoroughly
  • Pour the finished mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
  • Bake for approximately 15–20 minutes at 180 degrees
  • During baking, chop the onion and lightly sauté it in a pan
  • Then add the already salted and peppered minced meat to it
  • When the dough is baked, fill it with the minced meat, then sprinkle with grated cheese
  • Carefully roll up the pancake
  • Let the finished roll bake for another 10 minutes, cut and serve
