Preparation procedure
-
- First, cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water. After about 7 minutes they should be al dente, but check them periodically to be sure.
- Then drain them and toss with 1 and 1/2 tablespoons of olive oil to prevent them from sticking.
- Chill the spaghetti in the fridge for 15 minutes, then add the Parmesan.
- Preheat the oven to 190°C and meanwhile spray the pan with oil spray.
- Evenly distribute the spaghetti into the tin to form 12 little nests.
- Add a spoonful of your favorite tomato sauce (homemade or store-bought) along with the cooked meatballs.
- Pour more sauce over everything and sprinkle again with Parmesan.
- Then place the tin in the preheated oven for about 20 to 25 minutes, until the meatballs are heated through and the cheese has melted.
- Let the bites rest for a moment, then carefully remove them from the tin.
- Finally, you can sprinkle them once more with Parmesan and feel free to dig in.
