I sauté the onion in butter, add the other chopped vegetables and lightly fry them.
I pour in water. I blend the soft vegetables, salt and pepper them. I don’t thicken it with anything.
It’s thick enough on its own.
I cook the small cauliflower florets separately, which I add only to the plate.
Parmesan croutons
I cut the roll and loaf into cubes. I beat the eggs, grate the Parmesan and dip the bread
and fry it in hot oil. Whoever wants can add cream when serving.
