  • Shaping the fritters: Roll out the risen dough to a thickness of approximately 1.5 cm and cut out small fritters. Let them proof under a cloth for another 15–20 minutes.
  • Frying: Heat oil in a pan to medium temperature and fry the fritters until golden. After frying, let them drain on paper towels.
  • Finishing: Sprinkle the finished fritters with powdered sugar and serve.
