- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cut off the tops of the rolls and hollow out their insides. Brush the inside of each roll with melted butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Fill them according to taste and what your fridge has to offer.
- Break an egg and pour it over the stuffing. You can use only the egg white.
- Season again with salt and pepper. Place the rolls on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes and loosely cover the tray with foil. Bake for another 20-25 minutes, until the eggs are cooked.
