Preparation procedure
- Preparation of the white chocolate: Melt the white chocolate either in a double boiler or in the microwave until smooth.
- Mixing the ingredients: Once the chocolate is melted, mix it with the cream cheese until a homogeneous mixture forms.
- Working with yolks and whites: Separate the yolks from the whites. Add the separated yolks to the chocolate mixture and mix thoroughly. Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form and then slowly fold them into the chocolate mixture to preserve the fluffiness.
- Preparing for baking: Line the cups with baking paper and pour the batter into them. Place the filled cups on a baking tray and add 200 ml of water to the tray.
- Baking: Put the tray with the pastries into a preheated oven at 160 °C and bake for approximately 30 minutes. After this time, turn off the oven and let the pastries rest for about 15 minutes in the residual heat.
- Serving: Carefully turn the pastries out of the cups and serve.
