Do you need to quickly prepare a dessert that will please family and guests? You can make this quick chocolate cake in 20 minutes! It’s perfect for afternoon coffee or a family gathering. It’s absolutely delicious in taste and its preparation is so simple that even a complete beginner can manage it.

Preparation procedure

  • Preparation of the batter: In a bowl, whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt. Add the milk, sugar, and gradually the sifted flour with cocoa. Mix thoroughly.
  • Activation of the baking soda: Sprinkle in the baking soda and drip a little vinegar onto it so the reaction can take place. Add the oil and stir the resulting mixture until smooth.
  • Baking in the microwave: Pour the batter into a silicone mold and bake in the microwave at 800 W for 5 minutes. Then do not open the microwave for 10 minutes so the cake doesn't collapse. Alternative: Bake conventionally in the oven at 180 °C for approximately 25 minutes.
  • Cream: Whip the sour cream with the powdered sugar. Slice the bananas into rounds.
  • Filling: Slice the baked cake lengthwise, spread the bottom part with the cream, arrange the bananas and cover with the other half.
  • Finishing: Spread the remaining cream over the whole cake and lightly dust the surface with cocoa.
