Preparation procedure
- Cook the meat in salted water and when it's done, let it cool.
- Then cut it into cubes, grate the cheese on a grater and slice the ham into thin slices.
- Cut the cucumbers into strips, boil the eggs in salted water and let them cool. Then peel them and blend them.
- Cut the tomatoes into small cubes and chop the herbs finely.
- Combine all the ingredients in one large bowl, add mayonnaise or yogurt and season to taste.
- Mayonnaise: Beat all the ingredients (except the oil) well. Without turning off the mixer, pour the cold oil into the mixture (this is the secret of success). The whole process should take approximately a minute. You can store the mayonnaise prepared this way for up to 2 weeks in an airtight container.
