Pudding-filled muffins are a great choice for breakfast, a snack, or as a sweet dessert. These little cupcakes are irresistible and taste absolutely amazing. Make them using our recipe and you’ll never want other muffins again!

Preparation procedure

  • Pudding preparation: Cook the pudding according to the instructions: Bring the milk with sugar to a boil and add the whisked pudding mixes. Let it cool.
  • Preparation of the batter: Mix the flour with the baking powder and granulated sugar. Melt the butter and add it to the mixture. Whisk the eggs with the vanilla sugar until frothy. Stir in 5 tablespoons of milk and the dry mixture. Add the oil and, if necessary, a little more milk so the batter has the right consistency (it shouldn't be too runny).
  • Baking the muffins: Grease and dust the muffin tins. Fill them with the batter. Place in a preheated oven at 200 °C, then reduce the temperature to 190 °C and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Filling with pudding: After removing from the oven, let the muffins cool. Cut each muffin in half and fill with cold pudding.
