Preparation procedure
- Pound the meat into thin slices, season with salt and pepper.
- Grease a baking tray or line it with parchment paper and densely arrange the slices of potatoes.
- Season with your favorite seasoning, e.g. Vegeta or Podravka.
- Place the onion rings on the potatoes and finally lay the meat on top.
- Mix mayonnaise and sour cream in a 2:1 ratio, add the crushed garlic and spread over the meat.
- Finally, sprinkle the surface with grated cheese and put into an oven preheated to 200°C.
- Bake for about 30 to 40 minutes depending on your oven's performance. Enjoy your meal.
