Preparation procedure

    1. Peel the potatoes and boil them in salted water, let them cool and grate them on a grater.
    2. Season with salt and pepper and work into a uniform mass. With wet hands shape smaller patties from the potatoes, place 1 piece of cheese into the center of each patty and wrap it up.
    3. Coat each piece in beaten egg and in breadcrumbs. Fry in hot oil until golden.
    4. Remove excess fat with a paper towel, serve warm or cold.
    5. Enjoy your meal.
