- Peel the potatoes and boil them in salted water, let them cool and grate them on a grater.
- Season with salt and pepper and work into a uniform mass. With wet hands shape smaller patties from the potatoes, place 1 piece of cheese into the center of each patty and wrap it up.
- Coat each piece in beaten egg and in breadcrumbs. Fry in hot oil until golden.
- Remove excess fat with a paper towel, serve warm or cold.
- Enjoy your meal.
