  • Příprava korpusu Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Whip the eggs with the sugar until light and frothy. Pour in the coconut milk and sunflower oil, stir. Finally add the flour mixed with the baking powder and the grated coconut. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan (diameter approx. 24 cm) and bake for 30–35 minutes until golden.
  • Příprava krému Cook the vanilla pudding using only 400 ml of milk according to the instructions. Stir the butter and powdered sugar into the hot pudding, beat until smooth and let cool slightly.
  • Sestavení dortu Cut the cooled sponge into two halves. Spread the bottom layer with finely chopped pineapple and layer half of the cream. Top with the other cake layer and spread with the remaining cream.
  • Finální úprava Sprinkle the surface of the cake with grated coconut and let rest in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours (preferably overnight).
