Preparation procedure

  • Cream: Whip the cold cream until firm. Add the mascarpone and beat at low speed until smooth.
  • Finishing the cake: Transfer the cooled base to a serving platter. Fill with the cream and arrange fresh strawberries cut into smaller pieces on top.
