Preparation procedure
- Cut the cleaned carrots into halves or quarters as needed
- Mix the oil, salt, pepper
- Grate the garlic and add it to the oil
- Thoroughly dip the carrots into the seasoned oil
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Arrange the carrots on the sheet and, covered with foil, you can put them into a preheated oven
- Then bake for approximately three quarters of an hour at 200 degrees
- It's advisable to move the carrots on the baking sheet from time to time
- About 15 minutes before taking them out of the oven, remove the foil from the carrots so they can roast nicely to a golden color
- During baking, you can optionally baste the carrots with oil
- Before serving, sprinkle with parsley and serve
