Preparation procedure

  • Preparation of the biscuit base Crush the biscuits in a blender into a fine powder. Add the melted butter and mix. Evenly spread the mixture into a cake pan (18 cm) lined with baking paper. Smooth with a spoon and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Preparation of the cream layer Beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth. Add the powdered sugar and melted white chocolate, mix again. In another bowl, whip the cream and then gently fold it into the mixture with a spatula. Spread the cream evenly over the chilled biscuit base and refrigerate for 3 hours.
  • Chocolate topping and finishing Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler. Stir in the cream and mix well. Remove the chilled cake from the fridge, carefully take off the pan and remove the baking paper. Pour the topping over the cake, spread it and let it drip slightly down the sides. Sprinkle with crumbled cookies and refrigerate for another 30 minutes.
