Preparation procedure
- Dough preparation: Place the beaten eggs, sugar, flour, Granka, oil and baking powder in a bowl. Mix everything well until a smooth batter forms. Pour the batter onto a greased and floured baking sheet.
- Baking: Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 35–45 minutes, until the batter is done (check with a skewer).
- Soaking: Drizzle the baked cake, while still warm, with the warm sweetened coffee and let it absorb for a while. Then spread raspberry jam over the entire cake.
- Glaze preparation: In a saucepan, mix the whipping cream and cooking chocolate. Heat slowly until the chocolate has completely melted and a smooth glaze forms. Pour the glaze over the cake and spread evenly.
- Cooling: Let the cake rest in a cool place for 8–10 hours so that all the flavors meld.
- Serving: Cut the cake into smaller pieces and garnish, for example, with whipped cream.
