- Peel the potatoes and grate them coarsely. Finely chop the garlic and onion. Sauté briefly. Also grate the carrot coarsely. Wash the cherry tomatoes.
- Then mix the mayonnaise, mustard, carrot, eggs, semolina and season with salt, turmeric and pepper. Now mix everything, except the meat of course, with the grated potatoes. Mix well.
- Now form small balls from the ground meat. It will be easier if you wet your hands.
