500 ml milk

30 g butter

Preparation procedure

Preparing the base: Whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form. Gradually add the sugar and whisk until glossy. Fold in the flour with the baking powder and then the grated chocolate. Spread the batter onto baking paper in a pan and bake in an oven preheated to 180 °C for about 8 minutes. Let cool completely.
