- Carrot forms the base of the whole salad. Therefore, first grate it finely, together with the celery and apples. Mix everything thoroughly.
- Then pour plain yogurt over the prepared mixture and add the pressed garlic and olive oil. Season to taste.
- This salad is best when allowed to rest for a while, as all the flavors will perfectly meld. We therefore recommend letting the salad sit aside for at least 1 hour.
- Since this is a fitness salad, we used plain yogurt in the recipe. However, you can also use mayonnaise.
