10 g gelatin
50 ml water
200 g condensed milk
200 ml whipping cream

For the glaze:

50 g chocolate
40 ml warm cream

Preparation procedure

Preparing the batter: In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar and salt. Add the milk and oil. Gradually sift in the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Mix everything until you have a smooth batter.
Baking: Pour the batter into a cake pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 15 minutes. After baking, let it cool and slice into two layers.
Preparing the cream: Let the gelatin swell in the water. In a bowl, whisk the condensed milk with the whipping cream. Add the dissolved gelatin and mix the mixture well.
