    1. In warm water stir the yeast, add the sugar, salt, sunflower oil, stir in the flour and pour in a cup of boiling water. Make the dough.
    2. As soon as you have the dough kneaded, start shaping the pirozhki immediately.
    3. I prepare the filling in advance; I had potatoes with liver, but any filling to your taste will do.
    4. What I like about this recipe is that it is absolutely not necessary to wait − even though the dough is risen.
    5. When the first ones were frying, I was already making more.
    6. As for appearance, the pirozhki were not the prettiest, but in terms of taste and speed they are unmatched.
