Preparation procedure
- Peel the potatoes, slice them into rounds and lightly salt them
- Mix the yogurt with crushed garlic, salt, pepper and olive oil
- Grease the baking dish with oil and arrange the first layer of potatoes on the bottom
- Spread with part of the yogurt sauce
- Cover with another layer of potatoes and continue until you run out of ingredients
- The final layer should be the yogurt layer
- Cover with aluminum foil
- Bake at 170 degrees for 50 minutes
- Remove the foil, sprinkle with cheese and bake at 200 degrees for about 10 more minutes
