Preparation procedure
- Preparation of the potato pancakes: Peel the potatoes and grate them finely. Squeeze out the excess liquid from the potatoes. Add the egg, pressed garlic, marjoram, salt, pepper and all-purpose flour. Mix the batter and fry the pancakes in hot oil until golden on both sides.
- Preparation of the filling: Finely chop the onion and sauté it in hot oil. Add the chicken breasts and briefly fry until the meat firms up. Then add salt, garlic and spices to taste. Continue frying until the meat softens and most of the liquid has evaporated.
- Adding the vegetables: Add the spicy ketchup, lečo and corn to the pan. Cook until the excess liquid evaporates. You can also add mushrooms or other vegetables to taste.
- Filling the potato pancakes: Heap the meat mixture onto each potato pancake and fold it in half. For better taste, sprinkle grated cheese on top.
