- Cut the meat as usual and pound it.
- In a bowl mix the beaten eggs, mustard, Solamyl, pressed garlic, soy sauce, soup seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper
- Place the prepared slices of meat into this marinade overnight.
- The next day, coat the meat in flour, in egg and in breadcrumbs as usual.
- Fry in oil, or bake in the oven.
