Preparation procedure

  • Preparation of the dark cream: In 400 ml of milk, dissolve the cooking chocolate and add a tablespoon of powdered sugar. Heat over low heat and stir until the chocolate is completely melted.
  • In the remaining 100 ml of milk, mix the chocolate pudding powder and stir it into the warm chocolate mixture. Cook until the mixture thickens.
  • Add the ground hazelnuts to the still-hot pudding, mix well and cook briefly. Let it cool partially.
  • Meanwhile, whip the butter and fold it into the lukewarm chocolate cream. A beautifully smooth and fluffy mixture will form.
  • Preparation of the white cream: In a bowl, mix the sour cream with the vanilla sugar and stir well.
  • Assembling the dessert: Layer the white cream into the jars, then the dark chocolate cream and again the white. Repeat the layers according to the size of the jar.
  • Let the finished jars chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, ideally longer.
