Preparation procedure

    1. We season the ground meat with salt and pepper. Finely chop the onion and sauté it in hot oil, add the grated carrot and sauté together for a while. Stir this mixture into the meat.

    2. With wet hands form balls from the meat, which we place into a greased baking dish and layer them with the potatoes, which we have seasoned with salt.
    3. Place into a preheated oven for 20 minutes – at a temperature of 180-190 degrees.
    4. We mix the sour cream with water and pour it over the potato-meat mixture.
    5. Bake at 170-180 degrees for another 30-35 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
