This recipe is based on honest home cooking as our grandmothers knew it – without unnecessary ingredients, but with full flavor and nourishing strength. Ideal as part of a strong homemade broth or as a standalone dish that will warm and satisfy you. The basis is quality chicken livers, fresh eggs and a bread roll, which together create delicate yet firm dumplings.
