  • Slice the bananas into rounds, arrange them in a single layer on a plate or tray and put them in the freezer – for at least 3 hours, ideally overnight. Freeze the raspberries and blueberries the same way.
  • Banana-raspberry ice cream: Place the frozen bananas and a few raspberries into a blender. Blend until a smooth, creamy mixture forms. Serve immediately, or put it in the freezer for a short while for a firmer consistency.
  • Banana-blueberry ice cream: Put the frozen bananas and a handful of blueberries into the blender. Again, blend until smooth, ice-cream-like consistency.
  • Banana-chocolate ice cream: Prepare the last variant by mixing the frozen bananas with 2 tablespoons of cocoa. Blend until you obtain a smooth, dark, chocolatey cream.
