Method:
Before we start, preheat the oven to 180 ºC and let’s get going.

Mix all the ingredients together and let the dough rest a little. The dough will be a bit runny, but it must not spread. If the dough does spread (it always depends on how long you let the chia seeds swell), add a little sunflower flour. When the dough has the right consistency (dense and sticky), start forming small rolls/buns.

I recommend wetting your hands, making small buns and placing them on baking paper or a silicone mat. I lightly score the top with a slightly moistened knife and sprinkle with seeds. 
This way we get nice buns☺, which we bake at 180 ºC for 30 minutes. But it very much depends on the oven, so I recommend peeking in from time to time.

Do not cut the buns immediately after baking, let them cool (otherwise the dough may be a bit sticky).
