We pour the grated carrot into a bowl, add two eggs, coconut fat, flour, crushed cumin, salt and work it into a dough. The dough itself should be firmer (see video).
Put the finished dough in the fridge for half an hour to an hour.
Prepare a silicone baking paper (which can be put straight into the oven), place the dough on it, put baking paper on top and roll it out. Shape the dough into a rectangle.
Cut the dough nicely into cubes/rectangles (see video), top each piece with cumin, seeds and sprinkle with salt.
Transfer the silicone paper onto a baking tray and bake in the oven at 180°C for approximately 30-40 minutes. It depends on what type of oven you have, as each one is different, so you need to check occasionally to make sure the crackers don't burn.
After baking, take the crackers out of the oven, let them cool and serve :)
