Roasted marrow bones, quality beef, no added instant substitute …. and large pieces of fresh vegetables, which during the First Republic were at first eaten together with the pieces of meat from the plate with cutlery and only afterwards the broth was drunk, or eaten with a spoon. The procedure for cooking is described in detail in the video recipe.
