Preparation procedure

  • Preparing the batter: Beat the eggs with the sugar until light and fluffy. Then gradually add the oil and milk. Finally fold in the sifted flour mixed with cocoa, baking powder and a pinch of cinnamon. The batter should be smooth and moist.
  • Preparing the filling: In a bowl, mix the curd cheese, sugar, vanilla sugar, pudding powder and milk. Stir until smooth.
  • Layering the bundt cake: Grease the bundt pan with butter and dust with flour. Pour in one third of the batter, evenly spread half of the filling on top, then add the second third of the batter, the remaining filling and finally the rest of the batter.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 40–45 minutes, until the surface is golden and a skewer inserted comes out clean.
  • Finishing: After baking, let the bundt cake cool for a while, then carefully turn it out of the pan and, before serving, you can dust it with powdered sugar.
