For brushing and sprinkling:

1 egg white
50 g grated cheese
sesame seeds

Preparation procedure

Prepare the dough Pour the flour, salt, baking soda and grated cheese into a bowl. Add the chopped (or grated) softened butter and mix.
Process the dough Gradually add the sour cream – only enough to create a compact and smooth dough. You may not use the whole tub.
Shaping and baking Roll the dough into a sheet about 5 mm thick. Use cookie cutters to create any shapes and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Finishing touches Brush each piece with egg white, sprinkle with cheese and sesame.
Bake Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for about 15 minutes – until the pastry turns golden. Monitor baking according to your oven.
