Preparation procedure
- Thoroughly wash and clean the potatoes
- Cut them into slices that will be about 1cm wide
- Peel the garlic and grate it
- In a large bowl, mix the potatoes with the grated garlic, seasonings and drizzle with oil
- Cut the bacon into slices the same size as the potato slices
- Prepare skewers for the kebabs
- Then alternately thread the potatoes and bacon onto them
- Then place the finished skewers on aluminum foil and cook either on the grill or in the oven for about 30 minutes, until they're crispy
