Preparation procedure
- First, cook the celery in salted water with a drop of vinegar
- After it cools, cut it into small cubes
- Grate the raw celery finely on a grater
- Also cut the apples and pineapple into cubes
- Grate the carrot the same way as the celery
- Put all the fruit and vegetables into a bowl and mix them with either mayonnaise or plain yogurt
- Season to taste with lemon juice, sugar, salt and ground black pepper
- Finally sprinkle with grated cheese and chives
