Blend the strawberries until smooth with an immersion blender, add the soaked chia seeds, ginger, honey and liquid vitamin C. Mix everything thoroughly. If your strawberries or other fruit are more watery :) you can calmly add unsoaked chia seeds :) like we did.
Simply portion the finished jam into jars. Put the closed jar into plenty of boiling water to sterilize (see video), remove it onto a cloth upside down (the lids will touch the cloth :) ) let cool and you can enjoy.
