- Mix everything together including the starter and let it rise for about 1 hour.
- Lightly flour the work surface, scrape out the dough and fold it from the outside to the inside for a while, until it stops sticking.
- Then place it on a baking sheet with paper or into a pan, as I do, and again let it rise for about 1 hour.
- Just preheat the oven to 210° and keep it there for 15 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 170° and bake for 35 minutes. Also place a small pot of hot water on the bottom of the oven.
