If you’re craving pizza but don’t want to wait for the oven to preheat, we have a great recipe for you! Skillet pizza is excellent, quick and you can easily make it in a pan. You can top it to your liking and have it ready in a few minutes. An ideal choice for a quick dinner or lunch!

Preparation procedure

  • Dough preparation: In a bowl, use a spoon to mix 2 eggs, 4 tablespoons sour cream, 4 tablespoons mayonnaise and add a pinch of salt. Gradually add the all-purpose flour and mix everything until smooth, until a firm dough forms. It should be smooth and elastic.
  • Frying the pizza: Heat a little olive oil in a pan. On the prepared dough, arrange ingredients to taste – tomato, mozzarella, spring onion, parmesan and ham. You can also add sausage, Edam cheese, olives or any other favorite ingredients.
  • Cooking: Place the prepared pizza in the pan, cover with a lid and fry over low heat for 10–12 minutes, until the dough firms up and the cheese melts.
  • Serving: After cooking, carefully remove the pizza from the pan, cut into pieces and serve.
