  • Cheese preparation: 🧀 Cut the cheese into slices about 5 mm thick. Place the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in an oven preheated to 100°C until the cheese melts. Once the cheese has melted, cover it with foil and gently roll it out into a sheet about 4–5 mm thick. Let this sheet cool so it has the right texture for rolling.
  • Preparing the filling: 🥒🌶️🧅🍖 Mix the butter (Rama) and cheese spread in a bowl. Add the chopped purple onion, pickled cucumbers, finely chopped red bell pepper, spring onions, salt and seasoning. Mix everything thoroughly so the ingredients combine well.
  • Assembling the roulade Spread the prepared filling evenly over the rolled-out cheese sheet. Lay thin slices of ham over the filling. Then roll it up into a roulade. Let the roulade rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 day for all the flavors to meld nicely.
