For the cheese dip we will need:
Preparation procedure
- First, cook the broccoli pieces until tender, but be careful not to overcook them. Let them drain well.
- If you are using oats, blend them into flour. Add the broccoli, eggs and cheese and mix everything well together. The batter must have a smooth consistency.
- Spoon the batter into the pan in the size of patties or pancakes, depending on how you like them. Gently fry in butter or olive oil and cook on both sides for about 1 minute.
- Meanwhile, in a bowl mix regular cottage cheese that you can commonly get in grocery stores. Add horseradish, tomatoes and mustard. Mix well and let cool.
- Serve the patties still warm with the cold dip.
