Preparation procedure

    1. Beat the eggs with the sour cream, mustard, crushed garlic, salt and pepper. The batter should be thicker.
    2. Prepare a baking sheet and lightly grease it.
    3. Dip two slices of bread in the egg mixture and place them on the baking sheet next to each other.
    4. Place ham and cheese on the slices and cover with the second slice of coated bread. Pour the remaining batter over and sprinkle with cheese.
    5. Place in an oven preheated to 190 degrees and bake until the bread is golden on one side.
    6. Then turn it over and let it bake on the other side as well.
